§ 30.21 DISTRICTS FOR ELECTION TO THE COUNTY COUNCIL.
   Pursuant to I.C. 36-2-3-4, the county shall be divided into four County Council election districts as follows.
   (A)   The First District shall consist of all that territory lying within the limits of St. Mary’s Township, Union Township, Preble Township, Kirkland Township, and Root Township, all in the county.
   (B)   The Second District shall consist of all that territory lying within the corporate limits of the City of Decatur and in Washington Township.
   (C)   The Third District shall consist of all that territory lying within Blue Creek Township, Monroe Township, and Washington Township, excepting therefrom that portion of Washington Township lying within the corporate limits of the City of Decatur, all in the county.
   (D)   The Fourth District shall consist of all that territory lying within the corporate limits of French Township, Hartford Township, Wabash Township, and Jefferson Township, all in the county.
