§ 90.08 CLAIM OF ANIMAL.
   (A)   An individual who claims ownership or the right to possession of an animal delivered to the County Animal Shelter shall be required to verify same through ownership papers, licensing records, or by an affidavit of ownership or right to possession.
   (B)   If within five regular business days after the date on which said animal is delivered to said shelter, said owner or harborer submits such verification of ownership or right to possession, submits evidence of licensing and immunization as required by law, submits payment in the amount of not less than $20 for sheltering such animal and submits payment to the operator of said shelter for reasonable and necessary medical treatment of said animal while impounded, such animal shall be considered timely claimed and shall be released by the operator of said shelter to said individual.
