§ 90.07 DUTY OF OWNER.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of an animal’s owner or harborer to report to the County Animal Shelter that an animal owned or harbored by such individual is missing once such animal has remained at large and unrestrained for a period of 24 hours or more. Such owner or harborer shall be required to provide the operator of said shelter with the name, address, and telephone number of the owner or harborer of said animal, licensing and immunization information concerning said animal, a description of such animal, including any distinguishing markings or physical characteristics of such animal, as well as the location where said animal was last seen.
   (B)   Failure to notify the County Animal Shelter with such information shall constitute a waiver of the notice of delivery of such animal to said shelter as required in division (A) above, in the event the operator of said shelter is unable to contact such owner or harborer after making a good faith effort to provide such notice.
