(A) From and after the passage of this section, snowmobiles may be operated, subject to all state laws and regulations herein contained, on all roads within the county road system located outside the corporate limits of any city or town.
(B) Operators of snowmobiles shall comply with existing state statutes relating to registration requirements. Said snowmobiles shall be insured with a valid liability policy having a coverage of at least that amount, as required and set forth in I.C. 14-16-1-18 of the State Motor Vehicle Safety Responsibility and Driver Improvement Act and any amendments thereto.
