§ 70.02 THROUGH TRUCKS PROHIBITED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any through trucks to use the county roads of the county.
   (B)   For the purpose of this section, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      THROUGH TRUCK. Any truck coming into the county and not having a destination within the county.
      TRUCK. Any vehicle having a capacity to transport property weighing one ton or more.
