§ 52.31 COMMERCIAL ONSITE SYSTEMS.
   Pursuant to 410 I.A.C. 6-10.1-8, all onsite sewage systems for any parcel of real estate containing two or more residences and six or more bedrooms, shall be under the jurisdiction of and shall be approved by the State Department of Health Commercial Division for a commercial onsite system.
