All onsite systems shall be installed, constructed, and maintained in a manner approved by the County Health Officer and in compliance with the minimum standards set forth in Rule 410 I.A.C. 6-8.3, Rule 410 I.A.C. 6-10.1, Bulletin S.E. 13, and such other standards and policies as may be adopted from time to time by the State Department of Health and the County Board of Health.
