At any public, commercial, or business building situated within the county, where onsite systems may be approvable and where a sanitary sewerage system is not available, said onsite systems shall be installed, constructed, and maintained in compliance with the minimum requirements of Rule 410 I.A.C. 6-10.1 and Bulletin S.E. 13, or such other standards as may be adopted from time to time by the State Department of Health, the State Department of Environmental Management, and the County Board of Health.
