(A) The County Health Officer, bearing proper credentials and identification, shall be permitted to enter upon all properties subject to the provisions of this chapter at reasonable times for purposes of inspections, observations, measurements, sampling, and testing necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter.
(B) The County Health Officer may issue an immediate stop-work order of work completed, in process or planned, which is in violation of any provisions of this chapter. Thereafter, all work at the worksite shall be suspended immediately. Such stop-work order shall be posted at the construction site and confirmed by written notice to the owner or occupant of the premises and any person engaged in the performance of said work or any person causing said work to be performed.
