(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person violating any of the provisions of § 51.01 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, on conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500, to which may be added imprisonment for any determinate period not to exceed 90 days.
(C) Any person violating any provisions of §§ 51.15 through 51.19 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, on conviction, the violator shall be punished for the first offense by a fine of not more than $500; for the second offense by a fine of not more than $1,000; and for the third and each subsequent offense by a fine of not more than $1,000 to which may be added imprisonment for any determinate period not exceeding 90 days, and each day after the expiration of the time limit for abating unsanitary conditions and completing improvements to abate such conditions as ordered by the County Board of Health, or by the duly appointed Health Officer of the county, shall constitute a distinct and separate offense.
