§ 36.40 INSPECTIONS OF PUBLIC RECORDS.
   Public records shall be inspected at the offices of the department having custody or control of the records during regular business hours, excluding legal holidays. The Public Information Officer may request the person seeking to inspect public records schedule an appointment for inspection.
