§ 36.36 IMPLEMENTATION AND PUBLIC INFORMATION OFFICER.
   The Board of Commissioners shall appoint a Public Information Officer who shall serve as the contact person for the county for all public records requests. The Public Information Officer shall be responsible for the implementation of and compliance with I.C. 5-15-3 and this public records policy.
