§ 36.02 MULTI-HAZARD MITIGATION PLAN.
   The county hereby adopts the county multi-hazard mitigation plan. The County Emergency Management Agency is charged with the responsibility to monitor and update the plan as required by law, subject to approval of the County Board of Commissioners. A copy of this section shall be sent to the State Emergency Management Agency for their review and appropriate action.
