(A) In all buildings owned by the County Board of Commissioners, smoking, as defined in I.C. 7.1-5-12-3, is prohibited in all areas of such buildings except as provided hereinafter in division (B) below.
(B) Elected officials and department and agency heads may designate smoking areas within their respective office areas. Such elected officials and department and agency heads who elect to designate smoking areas must provide signs to designate those areas.
