8-6A-8: FLOOD HAZARD OVERLAY DISTRICT:

All proposed subdivisions in a flood hazard overlay district shall comply with the requirements of section 8-3F-7 of this title and the standards in section 8-3F-8 of this title. (Ord. 389, 6-14-2000)
