2-6-1: SHORT TITLE AND PURPOSE:

This chapter shall be known as the EXPO IDAHO FACILITIES ORDINANCE, and is enacted for the purpose of regulating the operation of Expo Idaho and controlling the activities of the public within such area and providing for penalties for the violation of the provisions of this chapter.
