The intergovernmental agreement for roles and responsibilities under chapter 162, Idaho session laws 2000 (house bill 581), Idaho Code section 50-2906 (the "agreement") is hereby approved and the chairman of the board of Ada County commissioners is hereby authorized to execute the same, and to execute any further documents necessary to carry out the intent of the board of Ada County commissioners as expressed in this chapter and in the agreement.
