8-5-3-112: SWIMMING POOL, PRIVATE:
All swimming pools shall be provided with a barrier which meets the requirements of the Ada County building code as set forth in title 7, chapter 2 of this code. (Ord. 389, 6-14-2000; amd. Ord. 852, 3-2-2016 ; amd. Ord. 902, 10-2-2019)
