8-5-3-47: FOUNDRY:

All structures or outdoor activity areas shall be located a minimum of three hundred feet (300') from any property line. The use shall be located a minimum of one thousand feet (1,000') from any residential district or approved hospital use. (Ord. 389, 6-14-2000; amd. Ord. 902, 10-2-2019)
