A. The caretaker dwelling is needed to house the owner or the owner's employee of an approved use.
B. The caretaker dwelling shall be occupied by households where at least one individual is an "employee" (as herein defined).
C. Need for the caretaker dwelling shall be justified for reasons of upkeep on the property, supervision of operations, and/or guarding materials stored on site.
D. No more than one permanent additional dwelling (including, but not limited to, principally permitted dwelling, caretaker dwelling, additional farm dwelling, or secondary dwelling) shall be permitted on a property. (Ord. 389, 6-14-2000; amd. Ord. 426, 9-26-2001; amd. Ord. 902, 10-2-2019)
