2-2-1: SHORT TITLE AND PURPOSE:

This chapter shall be known as the ADA COUNTY PARKS AND WATERWAYS ORDINANCE, and is enacted for the purpose of regulating the operation of Ada County parks and waterways and controlling the activities of the public within such areas, protecting the public health, and providing penalties for the violation of the provisions of this chapter.
