The storage of any hazardous materials, as defined by title 40 code of federal regulations part 261, or subsequent amendments thereto, shall require a list of those materials to be submitted to the Ada County sheriff's office, the Ada County emergency medical services, the Ada County development services department, the applicable fire district, and the Ada city-county emergency management office, prior to issuance of a zoning certificate.
