8-3K-14: GRADING REQUIREMENTS:

Grading within Cartwright Ranch shall be in conformance with this title and title 7, chapter 2, "Building Codes", of this code. Grading on slopes greater than fifteen percent (15%) shall comply with the hillside adaptive grading standards found in Cartwright Ranch comprehensive plan policies CR 5.3-2, CR 6.1-1, and 12.1-2.
