2-1-3: DELEGATION AND RESCISSION OF AUTHORITY:

The board hereby delegates both responsibility and authority for implementing this chapter to the county assessor. The board reserves, at its sole discretion and for any reason, the right to withdraw this delegation at any time and for any period of time as the board chooses. (Ord. 853, 3-22-2016)
