8-1-6: DISINCORPORATION:

Where property becomes a part of the unincorporated area of Ada County by the disincorporation of any city, or portion thereof, such properties shall be zoned by the board following the notice and hearing regulations of sections 8-7A-4 and 8-7A-5 of this title to the Ada County zoning district that corresponds to the city's zoning prior to disincorporation.
