8-1-1: TITLE:

Upon adoption by the Board of County Commissioners, this title is declared to be and shall hereafter constitute the official zoning ordinance of Ada County. This title shall be known and cited as the ADA COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE. The Ada County zoning ordinance is published by authority of the Board of Commissioners, and it shall be kept up to date as provided in section 1-1-3 of this Code. Within this document, the Ada County zoning ordinance shall be referred to as "this title". (Ord. 389, 6-14-2000)
