Each violation of this chapter shall be a misdemeanor and shall be punishable as provided in section 18-113, Idaho Code as it may from time to time be amended and/or retitled. The procedure on violations of this chapter shall be that procedure set out in section 7-2-10 of this title. However, said remedies shall not exclude any other remedies herein or otherwise provided.
