7-2-1: SHORT TITLE AND PURPOSE:

This chapter shall be known and cited as the ADA COUNTY BUILDING CODE ORDINANCE. The purpose of this chapter is to provide minimum standards and requirements to safeguard life or limb, health, property and public welfare, by regulating and controlling, grading, quality and installation of materials, use, occupancy and maintenance of all buildings, manufactured homes and structures in the unincorporated areas of Ada County.
