4-3-8: CONTINUANCE OF QUALIFICATIONS:

A retail licensee must continue throughout the license period to have all of the qualifications and none of the disqualifications provided for in this chapter. (Ord. 107, 10-29-1980; Ord. 903, 10-15-2019)
