This chapter shall be known and cited as the ADA COUNTY ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE ORDINANCE. The purpose of this chapter is to provide for the issuance of alcoholic beverage licenses and licensing fees; to provide regulations; and to establish procedures for renewal, suspension, revocation or termination of such licenses and issuance of alcohol beverage catering permits.
