135.04 WARRANTS.

(a) The Fiscal Officer is authorized to issue warrants for the timely payment of routine utility expenses incurred by the Village in situations where Council is unable to approve payment prior to its due date.

(b) The Fiscal Officer is authorized to issue warrants for the timely payment of the Village’s bi-weekly payroll prior to obtaining Council’s approval.
