There is hereby created the position of Assistant Fiscal Officer for the Village. The Assistant Fiscal Officer shall receive such compensation as Council shall provide from time to time and shall be required to give bond in the sum of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000). The person appointed to this position shall assist the Fiscal Officer in the performance of her duties and shall act as Fiscal Officer in her absence.
