133.03 SERVICE DEPARTMENT SUPERVISORS.
   (a)    Wastewater Plant Supervisor.
      (1)    The position of Wastewater Plant Supervisor is hereby created.
      (2)    The Wastewater Plant Supervisor shall be responsible for:
         A.    Grounds at the plant and at the lift station.
         B.    Buildings at the plant and at the lift station.
         C.    All record keeping concerning wastewater.
         D.    All collection system maintenance.
         E.    All building equipment maintenance.
         F.    All day-to-day plant operation.
         G.    All emergency calls for the wastewater system.
         H.    Any other duties assigned to him by the Village Administrator.
 
   (b)    Buildings, Grounds and Maintenance Supervisor.
      (1)    The position of Buildings, Grounds and Maintenance Supervisor is hereby created.
      (2)    The Buildings, Grounds and Maintenance Supervisor shall be responsible for:
         A.   Keeping all mobile equipment in good operating condition.
         B.    Keep records on all equipment.
         C.    Account for all equipment.
         D.    Maintain all off-premises grounds (ponds, Highland Avenue, railroad park, etc. ).
         E.    Help all other supervisors with operation and maintenance when requested.
         F.    Maintain the Municipal building and East Highland Avenue Property and the swimming pool.
         G.    Has the authority to control all buildings and grounds if not properly maintained.
         H.    Any duties assigned to him by the Village Administrator.
 
   (c)    Water Treatment Supervisor. 
      (1)    The position of Water Treatment Supervisor is hereby created.
      (2)    The Water Treatment Supervisor shall be responsible for:
         A.    Grounds at the water plant.
         B.    Buildings at the water plant.
         C.    All record keeping concerning potable water.
         D.    The complete distribution system including fire hydrants.
         E.    All building equipment maintenance.
         F.    All day-to-day plant operation.
         G.    Any emergency calls for the water treatment system.
         H.    Any duties assigned to him by the Village Administrator.
