(a) The only room in the Municipal building available for use or rental is the auditorium. The Council Room and conference room are not for private use.
(b) The auditorium may be used or rented for a maximum of two months or twelve meetings per year.
(c) Rental for a profit-making organization will be ten dollars ($10.00) per hour paid in advance. Non-profit organizations will not be charged a rental fee.
(d) All users are expected to clean up the area after use. If users don't clean up the area, the use of the auditorium will be prohibited.
(e) All reservations will be on a first come first serve basis.
(f) The calendar for auditorium use will be kept in the Police Department. All rental fees shall be paid to the Fiscal Officer in advance.
(g) There will be no deviation from these guidelines without Council approval. These guidelines became effective May 1, 1985.
