135.07 CREDIT CARD POLICY.

(a) The Credit Card Policy, attached to original Resolution 2019-09 marked as Exhibit A and by this reference incorporated herein, be and is hereby adopted.

(b) Any policy inconsistent with the terms of this Credit Card Policy are superseded by the passage hereof.
