139.05 POLICIES AND PROCEDURES MANUAL.

(a) The policies and procedures manual attached to Resolution 2010-11 marked as Exhibit A, and by this reference incorporated herein, is hereby adopted.

(b) All other policies and procedures inconsistent herewith are repealed unless contrary to law. (Res. 2010-11. Passed 9-7-10.)
