The Industrial Restrictions governing the conditions and maintenance of all industrial property, buildings and structures located within the Corporation Limit of the Village and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of the Industrial Restrictions, attached to Ordinance 97-26 as Exhibit A are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this chapter.
