No part of a building constructed or placed nor any mobile home placed upon a lot or tract of land shall be placed closer to any property line of such lot or tract than four feet. No mobile home shall be constructed or placed upon any lot or tract of land containing less than 4,000 square feet of unoccupied land.
No dwelling or mobile home shall be placed within twenty feet of another dwelling or mobile home on the same lot or tract of land or adjoining lot or tracts of the same owner.
