1331.01 APPLICATION TO BUILD, ADD OR PLACE.
   Any proposed new building, addition to existing buildings, or proposed placement of mobile homes shall be submitted to the Village Administrator, upon application forms approved by him with proper and complete blueprints or hand drawings to scale, showing the exact size of the lot or tract of land upon which the same is to be located and the exact location of the proposed building, addition or mobile home upon the lot or tract of land. The Village Administrator shall note his approval or disapproval based upon compliance with this chapter upon the application, together with reasons therefor. No person, firm or corporation shall commence construction of any building or addition, or place a mobile home upon any lot or tract of land without first submitting an application to the Village Administrator and securing his approval thereon, nor shall any person having caused the commencement of construction or placement of any mobile home without approval of the Village Administrator permit or suffer such construction or placement to continue. The approved permit must be posted in plain sight at building site during construction or placement.
