1155.05 REQUIRED LOT AREA AND LOT WIDTH.

(a) Residential Uses. Each residential use to be accommodated in the C-II District shall meet the minimum lot area and minimum lot width requirements of the R-III District.

(b) Commercial Uses. A minimum required lot area of 15,000 square feet and minimum lot width of 100 feet is required for commercial uses in the C-II District.
