(a) Any uses permitted in the Residential Districts.
(b) Any uses permitted in the C-I Commercial District.
(c) Dance Hall.
(d) Book binding and upholstering shops, laundry or dry cleaning employing a maximum of not more than ten (10) persons, new and second hand automobile, truck, trailer, farm implement sales and repair facilities; provided that the premises shall be enclosed by a wall or fence at least six (6) feet high when it adjoins in the rear or on the side of any R District, public park, school or church.
(e) Bottling works, concrete, and masonry building material establishments (providing no assembly, construction, millwork or concrete block manufacture is done on premises).
(f) Veterinary hospital for small animals.
(g) Sale at retail of any industrial product, including the repair or maintenance of equipment or facilities used in any residential or industrial connection.
(h) An accessory use customarily incident to a use authorized by this section shall be permitted in a C-II Commercial District provided such is not otherwise classified by the terms of this Zoning Ordinance.
