1151.03 REQUIRED YARDS.

(a) Residential Uses. Each residential use in the E-I Educational District shall meet the minimum yard requirements of the R-III Residential District.

(b) Other Permitted Uses.

Lot Area	- Minimum of 15,000 sq. ft.
Lot Width	- Minimum of 100 ft.
Front Yard	- Minimum of 30 ft.
Rear Yard	- Minimum of 40 ft.
Side Yard Least Width	- Minimum of 12 ft.
