The arrangement, character, width, and location of all arterial and collector thoroughfares or extensions thereof shall conform to the requirements of the Village of Ada Comprehensive Development Plan or Official Thoroughfare Plan. Lack of a Comprehensive Development Plan or thoroughfares not contained in the aforementioned plan shall conform to the recommendations of the Planning Commission based upon these Regulations. In addition, no final plat shall be approved if in conflict with an existing Zoning Ordinance.
(a) Plans. All proposed subdivisions shall be developed in accordance with the principles, objectives, policies, and proposals specified in the Village Official Thoroughfare Plan and the Village Land Use Plan, where applicable.
(b) Zoning. All proposed subdivisions shall meet the requirements set forth in the Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Village as well as the provisions of these Regulations.
