Upon request and with satisfactory proof in the form of a current eligibility letter through the Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) to the Village Council, anyone fifty-five (55) years of age or older, and of low-income household may be eligible for a twenty-five percent (25%) discount on their solid waste and recycling bill only.
