   (a)   The following services will be provided at the fee set forth opposite the service:
 
Meter test
$10.00
Turn-on after hours
Average hourly wage x 2 hours
Turn-off after hours
Average hourly wage x 2 hours.

   (b)   Plumbers may use the Village meter key for residential shut-off if provisions are made with the Village Administrator.
