921.14 NEGOTIATION OF SEWER FEES TO PROMOTE INDUSTRIAL, COMMERCIAL AND EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT.

Notwithstanding Sections 921.04, 921.06 of the Codified Ordinances, the Village Administrator, upon majority approval of Council, may waive or reduce any and all charges, taps, fees, connection charges, permit fees and inspection charges for the purpose of promoting, encouraging and pursuing industrial, commercial and educational development.
