751.03 ALARM FEES.

Any activation of the alarm system including false alarms shall result in a charge of zero dollars ($0.00) per activation to be billed semi-annually to the permit holder. Any activation of an alarm system constituting a false alarm shall be recorded to the location as a false alarm for the purpose of Section 751.99(b).
