553.04 SPEED LIMITS.

(a) No person shall cause or permit any locomotive engine, railroad train or railroad car to cross over any street or other public way in the Village at a greater rate of speed than forty miles per hour.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
