(a) No person who is able to obey a proper order issued by the Mayor or Board of Zoning and Building Appeals pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall refuse or neglect to do so.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which noncompliance continues after the time for compliance specified in the notice provided for in Section 532.02 and 532.03.
