529.10 POSSESSION BY PERMIT HOLDER OF LIQUOR NOT PURCHASED FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF LIQUOR CONTROL.
   (a)   No person within the limits of the Municipality, being the holder of a permit issued by the Department of Liquor Control, in force at the time, either directly or indirectly, by himself, or by his clerk, agent or employee, or being the agent or employee of such permit holder, shall sell, keep or have in his possession for sale, any intoxicating liquor not purchased from the Department or from the holder of a permit issued by the Department authorizing the sale of such intoxicating liquor, unless the same has been purchased with the special consent of the Department.
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
